DALEY JOINS N.D. SECURITIES DEPARTMENT

Bismarck, ND - Michael F. Daley has joined the North Dakota Securities Department as the agency's attorney. In this position, Mr. Daley will provide legal counsel to the Securities Commissioner and represent the Department in legal proceedings involving violations of state securities laws. Prior to assuming this position, he was in private practice in Grand Forks and in Bismarck, with a concentration in civil and criminal litigation. He has also served as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State Board of Accountancy. Daley served two terms on the Board of Governors of the State Bar Association and is currently a member of the Judicial Conference. He graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1980.
