Administrative Consent Order
A Consent Order sets forth the terms that are agreed upon by the Commissioner and a Respondent to resolve a matter outside of an administrative hearing. When the Commissioner issues a Consent Order, it does not mean and should not be interpreted to mean that the Commissioner has found that no laws were violated. Representations to the contrary are false. The Findings and Conclusions of the original Orders are incorporated by reference into the Final Consent Order.
