Reminder of Filing Obligation
Pursuant to N.D.C.C. 43-10.1-03, each funeral establishment and cemetery association
must file a pre-need funeral services contract sales report on or before January 31st
each year.
In addition to contract sales, the report includes other historical information and must
be filed whether or not the establishment or association has entered into any new
contracts during the reported calendar year.

Please note that the Pre-Need Funeral Contract Sales Annual Report form must be filed through the ND Securities Filing Portal.

To begin the filing process, you must first complete user registration by setting up an account.
When you are ready to start your filing, select the Pre-Need Funeral Service Contract Sales Annual Report filing type to start the process.
